Pro. Leye Ajayi demonstrated RIRS using PUSEN's new 7.5Fr disposable ureteroscope with negative pressure suction, PU3033AH, in combination with Holmium laser with 150w power to analyze the clinical results of DISS technology.

According to experts, the PU3033AH's negative pressure suction function can be used for lithotripsy and dust suction removal intraoperatively to achieve a clear surgical field of view, and the ureteroscope can be used to check for residual stone fragments to potentially increase the stone clearance rate.

Pro. Ioannis Kartalas Goumas and Pro. Michele Raguso successfully managed a large 77mm stone with a PUSEN PU3033AH negative pressure 7.5Fr flexible scope and Mini PCNL during MiniECIRS.
